What the website collects
You give us this information when you use Job Assist:
- Account details: your name, email address, and a password stored only as a hash.
- Profile details: phone number, city, street address, work history, education, and target job titles.
- Resumes and other files you upload.
- Job applications you choose to track, including notes and follow-up reminders.
- Fill data: which practice or application answers were written after you clicked Fill, and which ones still need you.
- Reminder choices. Text messages are sent only if you turn them on and confirm consent.
What the extension collects
The extension runs on a page you already opened, and only after you click.
- A short-lived sign-in token so Fill can read your profile. The extension does not store your password.
- The answers it writes into the form, so you can review them before you submit.
- Fill activity, such as how many fields were filled and which ones were left for you.
- The page address only when you click Tell my coach. The part of the address after the question mark is removed.
- On your device only: whether the helper box is on, and the sites you hid or allowed.
The extension does not click Submit, Apply, Next, Continue, or Review. It does not crawl job boards or employer sites.
AI processing
Some suggested answers are written by Azure OpenAI. We send the question and the profile facts needed to draft that answer. The suggestion is marked for you to review. We do not send your password. If a suggestion is not ready quickly, Fill uses your profile without waiting.
Where information is stored
Your account, profile, resumes, applications, and fill records are stored with Supabase. Resume files are stored there as well. The extension keeps its short-lived token and site choices in the browser on your device.
How we use it
We use this information to run Job Assist: to sign you in, to fill a form you asked us to fill, to show your coach the progress you share, and to send reminders you turned on. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not use it to decide credit or lending.
